im going to be honest. the natural instinct option isnt very good. due to its low health and the chance of getting grabbed really not beeing that much higher it kind of is just a direct downgrade to everything else. low health with a very subpar buff just isnt worth the risk.

I think the best way is to combine this with Pheromone Potions and/or showering.
